Andrew Hastie and Tony Abbott are trying to install a candidate in WA who has written a fictional book to scare people about a Chinese invasion of Australia.
The prospect of a Hazelwood Power Station closure within months is unacceptable and the Victorian government must step in to take it over to ensure national energy security.
